Eco Crafting at the Batavia Green Walk featuring KleenEarth Recycled Scissors by Westcott!
An inspired night was had by all at the Batavia Green Walk! Modern Surrealist and Westcott joined forces to offer the community of Batavia an "upcycled" crafting station which highlighted the new KleenEarth line of Westcott scissors! To inspire creativity, the recycled and antibacterial scissors were on hand along with a slew of craft supplies and recyclables. The kids relished in the creativity of turning ordinary plastic bottles and cartons into extraordinary fashion accessories. There was also an on-site "Project Greenway" Plastic Bag Dress Design Challenge where the kids had fun using their KleenEarth scissors to transform plastic bags into fabulous frocks! The Westcott "Craft for Earth" station also raised $70 in donations for the Batavia Environmental Commission! The event was also covered local media and mysuburbanlife.com

Great job! All of us should participate on different campaigns that help in saving oyr mother earth. Recyclable materials should be subjected for reuse in order to conserve raw materials.
